At American Pickleball League, we stand behind our gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your performance on the court. All returned items must be in original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking notification for your return shipment.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our team will inspect the gear within 5 business days of receipt, and upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
